3. Camera, microphone, and wearable access
LiveMind may request permission to access a phone camera, microphone, speaker, Bluetooth connection, or compatible smart glasses when required for visual, voice, wearable, accessibility, shopping, or assistance features.
Users are responsible for using cameras and microphones lawfully, respecting the privacy of others, and avoiding use in restricted or sensitive locations.
4. How information may be used
LiveMind may use information to:
- Provide voice, vision, memory, and assistance features.
- Understand requests and generate spoken or visual guidance.
- Maintain session context and user-selected preferences.
- Operate LiveShopping product discovery and comparisons.
- Coordinate LivePay split-payment instructions and transaction status through supported providers.
- Authenticate users and manage subscriptions.
- Improve reliability, accessibility, performance, and safety.
- Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or security threats.
- Provide support and respond to user communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
5. Artificial intelligence processing
LiveMind may send prompts, voice transcriptions, visual input, contextual information, or related data to artificial intelligence, speech, vision, cloud, and infrastructure providers when necessary to provide requested features.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Information should be reviewed before being used for safety, financial, medical, legal, mechanical, construction, navigation, or other important decisions.
6. LiveShopping and LivePay
LiveShopping may process product information, searches, prices, availability, merchant details, user preferences, and selected items.
LivePay may process a purchase total, split amounts, selected payment methods, payment-provider responses, transaction status, and receipt information.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors, banks, card issuers, merchants, app platforms, or other financial-service providers under their own privacy policies.
8. Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, comply with law, or support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, selected settings, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, and technical operation.
9. Security
LiveMind uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service, wireless connection, cloud platform, AI provider, or payment system can guarantee complete security.
10. User choices and requests
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
Users can also manage camera, microphone, Bluetooth, notification, location, and other permissions through device settings.

11. Children
LiveMind is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction without involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
